What you will do with us
- YOU FOR US
- Central management and further development of training at all locations
- Planning the annual training start and managing onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs
- Creating, maintaining, and ensuring the up-to-date status of uniform training plans
- Conducting feedback and final discussions
- Communication with chambers of commerce, trade chambers, vocational schools, and other partners
- Organizing trainee days, exchange formats, and trade fair appearances
- Point of contact for trainees, trainers, and external partners
- Planning and implementing internal training measures
- Training organization from A to Z: Developing and designing training sessions, collaborating with external experts, and full organizational implementation
- Updating our training concepts and plans: mandatory content, repetition intervals, documentation
- YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training or studies related to HR/training
- Experience in training, further education, HR, or talent development is a plus
- Organizational talent with a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and sociable – comfortable interacting with trainees as well as chambers and schools
- Dynamic personality with a passion for design and development
- Willingness to travel within Germany
