Foreman (m/f/d) – Planting & Maintenance
Your Tasks
- Handling all kinds of maintenance like pruning shrubs and trees, lawn and perennial care, as well as watering, soil work, and general upkeep (including weeding and mulching).
- Planning and managing all staff, equipment, and materials on-site.
- Prepping and running projects alongside the site management team.
- Making sure health, safety, and environmental rules are followed.
- Keeping the site diary and project documentation up to date.

- Several years of experience as a foreman in planting and maintenance.
- Solid experience leading teams and managing subcontractors.
- An independent, goal-oriented, and business-minded way of working.
- Great communication skills and a real team-player attitude.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
