What you’ll be doing:

• Managing operations and organizing daily routines in agriculture and forestry.
  • Taking charge of animal welfare, including feeding, health management, and breeding plans.
  • Managing land sustainably, keeping ecological and agro-economic factors in mind.
  • Handling landscape maintenance tasks.
  • Supporting sustainable forest management measures.
• Coordinating the team.
• Developing and growing the different agricultural branches of the business.
• Handling documentation and making sure legal requirements are met, especially regarding animal welfare and the environment.
• Communicating with authorities, partners, and customers.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree or vocational training in agriculture (Master/Technician level or similar).
• Several years of hands-on experience in cattle farming, ideally with suckler cows.
• Solid knowledge of animal husbandry, sustainable farming, and organic land management.
• A good grasp of modern agricultural machinery and tech.
• Ideally, you live near Oberegg (Markt Rettenbach).
• Strong communication skills, great organizational talent, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confidence using digital tools and apps for agriculture.
