Your tasks: * Assigning staff and equipment in coordination with site management * Material planning * Measuring and recording site dimensions * Checking progress based on budget estimates * Leading the site team * Recording, checking, and submitting staff hours * Instructing, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors. What we're looking for: * A finished technical degree or years of experience in civil engineering, demolition, site remediation, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction * Leadership and site experience you've already proven in a previous job * Independent and organized way of working * Willingness to work at different locations – our client covers the costs for good single rooms, plus a daily allowance.
