Dispatcher (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the Leipzig area.

Here’s what the job looks like:

• Scheduling and monitoring assembly, repair, and maintenance jobs through smart staff planning.
• Handling service and spare parts requests, as well as complaints and warranty claims.
• Leading several assembly teams both technically and disciplinarily.

What you bring to the table:

• A technical background or further training in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a commercial background with a strong technical focus.
• Ideally, several years of experience in customer service and assembly—bonus points if it’s in the industrial door sector.
• Experience in task scheduling, route planning, and leading a team.
• Solid skills in MS Office and SAP.
