Construction Site Foreperson (m/f/d) - Infrastructure in Schwabach

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Foreman (m/f/d) in Schwabach on behalf of our client. Our client is a top player in the construction industry, passionate about expanding infrastructure across Germany. As a medium-sized construction firm, they are well-established in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, handling projects in civil engineering, road construction, structural engineering, and track/railway construction. They are a go-to partner for major projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll handle the execution of construction schedules, spotting and documenting any deviations from the plan.
• You’ll take care of on-site measurements and support the site management with billing for completed work.
• You’ll reliably manage daily construction reports, time tracking, and site-specific documentation for health, safety, and environment (HSE).
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor our industrial apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a completed vocational training in construction, followed by a qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• You have several years of experience in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• You have a deep understanding of construction workflows.
