- Further training/education as a foreman or certified foreman / shaft master is desirable
- Work experience in a similar position
- Class B driver's license

- Leading a crew in road and civil engineering
- Goal-oriented, project-appropriate preparation and execution of construction sites
- Economic planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Implementing safety and health protection measures
- Preparing measurements
- Working on regional construction projects
