Specialist Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Special Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Getting things ready and checking plans
• Handling documentation
• Managing and running construction projects alongside the site management
• Making sure staff, equipment, and materials are used efficiently
• Leading the team
• Technical management of large-scale bored pile construction sites
• Supervising and coordinating your own crew and subcontractors
• Making sure safety, environmental, and site rules are followed
• Working closely with everyone involved in the project

What you bring to the table:

• Completed foreman training
• Several years of experience as a foreman or lead hand in special civil engineering
• A focus on results and keeping costs in check
• Experience leading a team
• Assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a team-player attitude
