Site Manager / Construction Foreman (m/f/d) - Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Site Manager/Foreman (m/f/d) for turnkey structural engineering on behalf of our client.

The Job

• You’ll be in charge of managing and wrapping up turnkey projects.
• You’ll help out with the initial work prep.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and keep an eye on their quality and workflow on-site.
• You’ll handle the organization and documentation for the construction site.

What you bring to the table

• A completed qualification as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician.
• Several years of experience as a foreman or site manager.
• Solid technical know-how.
• A proactive attitude and the flexibility to travel within Germany.
• Great communication skills and plenty of drive.
• Good MS Office skills.
