Junior Foreman (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You oversee the construction of reinforced concrete structures in civil engineering and/or industrial construction, especially bridge projects
- You independently manage and lead the site crews and are responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
- You’re in charge of scheduling and allocating materials and personnel
- Documentation, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with process management and accident prevention/safety also fall under your responsibility
- You review and, if needed, optimize construction processes to meet schedule deadlines
- What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training in construction with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; followed by further training as a foreman/works foreman or certified site foreman (m/f/d)
- Comparable skilled-trade training with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry; followed by further training as a foreman/master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in civil engineering and/or industrial construction, or experience on similar sites with multiple trades
- Strong performance mindset and willingness to pitch in, plus a high sense of responsibility
- Independent, team-oriented, and team-motivating way of working
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and leadership ability
