Junior Site Foreman (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Junior Foreman (m/f/d) for our client’s projects in the Düsseldorf area.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll oversee the construction of reinforced concrete structures in civil and/or industrial engineering, especially bridges.
  • You’ll lead and manage site crews on your own and handle the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • You’re in charge of scheduling materials and personnel.
  • Documentation, monitoring, and making sure everyone sticks to process management and safety rules are also part of your job.
  • You’ll check and, if needed, optimize construction processes to make sure deadlines are met.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A completed vocational training in construction with at least 5 years of relevant experience, followed by further training as a Lead Hand, Assistant Foreman, or Certified Foreman (m/f/d).
  • Or a similar trade background with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, followed by training as a Lead Hand or Master Craftsman (m/f/d).
  • Several years of experience in civil and/or industrial engineering, or experience on similar sites involving various trades.
  • A strong work ethic, commitment, and a great sense of responsibility.
  • An independent yet team-oriented and motivating way of working.
  • Great organizational skills, assertiveness, and leadership qualities.
