Experienced service tech as service manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced Service Technician to work as a Service Manager (m/f/d) at the Hilden location.

• Scheduling and monitoring assembly, repair, and maintenance jobs through effective staff planning
• Handling service and spare part inquiries as well as complaints, warranty, and guarantee cases
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of several assembly teams

How you'll win us over:

• You have technical training or further education in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a commercial background with a technical focus
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in customer service, service, and assembly, preferably in the industrial door sector
• Experience in work scheduling, route planning, and leading employees
• Confident using MS Office and SAP
