Service Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Service Manager (m/f/d) for our client based in Raunheim.

Your tasks:

• Scheduling and monitoring assembly, repair, and maintenance jobs through effective staff planning.
• Handling service and spare parts inquiries, as well as managing complaints and warranty claims.
• Leading several assembly teams both technically and disciplinarily.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a technical background or further training in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a commercial background with a strong technical focus.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in customer service and assembly, preferably in the industrial door sector.
• Experience in workload planning, route optimization, and leading employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
