What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d) for one of our clients to handle projects in the Mannheim or Raunheim area.
- The Job
- You’ll be in charge of leading and managing site crews
- You’ll help out with work preparation
- You’ll handle material and staff scheduling
- You’ll coordinate and keep an eye on subcontractors and suppliers
- You’ll be responsible for documentation, monitoring process management, and making sure everyone stays safe on site
- What You Bring to the Table
- A completed trade apprenticeship in construction, followed by further training as a Foreman
- Several years of experience in civil engineering and/or industrial construction
- Great organizational skills
- A strong personality with solid leadership skills
- A team-player mindset
- Willingness to travel for projects outside the immediate area
