Experienced Service Tech turned Service Manager (m/w/d) – Raunheim

We’re looking for an experienced Service Technician to step into a Service Manager role for our client in Raunheim.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Scheduling and keeping an eye on assembly, repair, and maintenance jobs through smart staff planning.
• Handling service and spare parts inquiries, as well as managing complaints and warranty claims.
• Leading several assembly teams, both technically and operationally.

What you bring to the table:

• A technical background or training in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a commercial background with a strong technical focus.
• Ideally, several years of experience in customer service and assembly—bonus points if it’s in the industrial door sector.
• Experience with scheduling, route planning, and leading a team.
• You’re comfortable using MS Office and SAP.
