Foreman or Site Supervisor for Special Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Foreman or Site Foreman specializing in deep foundation engineering for one of our clients in the Hamburg area.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll be in charge of managing deep foundation construction sites from start to finish.
- You’ll lead and guide the on-site crew.
- You’ll handle the scheduling and coordination of equipment, materials, and staff.
- You’ll manage, check, and keep an eye on subcontractor work.
- Your job includes taking measurements on-site.
- You might also handle some basic surveying tasks.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A completed qualification as a Foreman/Site Foreman, or a background in deep foundations, concrete work, or masonry with experience as a lead hand.
- Several years of professional experience in deep foundation engineering.
- A valid driver’s license (Class B or 3).
- Great teamwork skills, motivation, and people skills.
- Reliability, a proactive attitude, and flexibility.
