Site Manager / Construction Foreman (m/f/d) - Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Site Foreman/Construction Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building projects in the Hamburg area on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be in charge of managing and handling turnkey projects from start to finish.
  • You’ll also help out with work preparation.
  • You’ll coordinate subcontractors and keep an eye on their quality and workflows on-site.
  • You’ll be responsible for organizing and documenting everything happening on the construction site.
• What you bring to the table
  • A completed qualification as a Foreman, Master Craftsman, or Construction Technician.
  • Several years of experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager.
  • A solid understanding of all things technical.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to travel/be mobile.
  • Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Solid MS Office skills.
