Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be in charge of leading and managing site crews.
  • You’ll help out with work preparation.
  • You’ll handle material and staff scheduling.
  • You’ll coordinate and keep an eye on subcontractors and suppliers.
  • You’ll be responsible for documentation, monitoring, and making sure process management and safety regulations are followed.
• What we’re looking for
  • A completed vocational training in construction, followed by further training as a Foreman.
  • Several years of experience in civil engineering.
  • A talent for organization.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold your ground.
  • A team player who is ready to get things done.
  • A genuine passion for civil engineering.
