• You'll take charge of site crews on tough civil engineering projects in Berlin

What do you need to bring to the table for the Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f/d) role in Berlin?

• A completed trade apprenticeship in construction followed by further training to become a foreman (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience as a foreman, senior foreman, site manager, or lead hand in civil engineering, earthworks, or specialized foundation engineering
• Solid knowledge in organizing, managing, and monitoring construction sites and workflows
• Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding and motivating site teams
• Great communication and teamwork skills when dealing with site management, project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Commitment, a sense of responsibility, and a real passion for complex civil engineering projects
