Foreman / Site Supervisor (m/f/d) Civil Engineering and Road Construction

We’re looking for a Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) in civil engineering and road construction on behalf of our client.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Managing civil engineering and road construction sites
• Leading the site team
• Scheduling work, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
• Organizing materials and equipment
• Handling occupational safety

What we’re looking for:

• Completed vocational training in civil engineering or road construction, plus further training as a Foreman or certified Site Manager
• Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
• Willingness to work at various sites in the Allgäu region
• High level of commitment, teamwork skills, and the ability to think and act independently
