We are looking for a Foreman or Site Manager for Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d) for oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Managing construction sites in civil engineering and road construction
• Leading the site team
• Scheduling work, instructing and coordinating employees and subcontractors
• Organizing materials and equipment
• Occupational safety

What we're looking for:

• Completed vocational training as a civil engineer/road builder (m/f/d) plus successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified site manager (m/f/d)
• Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
• Willingness to work on various sites in the Allgäu area
• Commitment and high level of dedication, teamwork skills, and the ability to think and act independently
