Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) Structural and Civil Engineering

We're looking for a Foreman or Site Manager for Structural and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) to join oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Handling concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural work
• Leading the site team
• Organizing work, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
• Managing materials and equipment
• Keeping things safe on site

What you should bring:

• A completed apprenticeship as a concrete/reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d) plus successful training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified site manager (m/f/d)
• Leadership and site experience in structural engineering is a plus
• Willingness to work at different sites around the Allgäu area
• Commitment, high energy, teamwork, and the ability to think and act for yourself
