Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) Structural and Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) for structural and civil engineering on behalf of our client.

Our client is looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural engineering work
• Leading the site team
• Scheduling work, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
• Managing materials and equipment
• Ensuring workplace safety

What we’re looking for:

• A completed apprenticeship as a concrete worker or bricklayer, plus further training as a Foreman or certified Site Manager
• Leadership and site experience in structural engineering is a plus
• Willingness to work at various sites around the Allgäu region
• Commitment, great teamwork, and the ability to think and act independently
