Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) Landfill Operations

We’re looking for a Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) for landfill operations on behalf of our client.

• Department: Environmental Remediation

What you’ll be doing:

• Organizing staff and equipment in coordination with the landfill management
• Managing material logistics
• Taking measurements and recording site data
• Keeping an eye on progress based on the project budget
• Leading the site team
• Tracking, checking, and submitting staff working hours
• Instructing, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors
• Filling in when needed: Operating the weighbridge and handling data documentation

What we’re looking for:

• A completed technical apprenticeship or several years of experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
• Proven leadership and site experience from previous roles
• Experience operating machinery like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, or rollers for installing mineral waste
• Knowledge of handling asbestos and a willingness to take a specialist asbestos course
• An independent and organized way of working
• Willingness to work at various sites across the Allgäu region
