Foreman (m/f/d) Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering/Road Construction Foreman (m/f/d) in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

Here’s where your skills come in:

• You’ll handle the execution of construction schedules, reliably spotting and documenting any deviations from the plan.
• You’ll take precise on-site measurements and support the site management team with billing for completed work.
• You’ll keep daily site reports, track hours, and manage site-specific documentation for health, safety, and environmental protection (HSE).
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor industrial apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a completed vocational training in construction, plus a qualification as a certified foreman or master craftsman.
• You’ve got several years of experience under your belt in civil engineering or road construction.
• You really know your way around construction workflows and processes.
