We’re looking for a Civil Engineering/Road Construction Foreman (m/f/d) in Hersbruck on behalf of our client.

Here’s where your skills come in:

• You’ll be in charge of implementing the construction schedule, reliably spotting any deviations from the plan and documenting them.
• You’ll conscientiously handle on-site measurements and support the site management with billing for the completed work.
• You’ll reliably keep daily construction reports, track hours, and maintain site-specific records for health, safety, and environmental protection (HSE).
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with the site management.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor the company’s industrial apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed vocational training in a construction trade and have a follow-up qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• You have several years of professional experience in the tasks mentioned above within civil engineering or road construction.
• You really stand out because of your detailed knowledge of work processes.
