Construction Foreman (m/f/d) Infrastructure in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Construction Foreman (m/f/d) in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll handle the execution of construction schedules, keeping a sharp eye out for any deviations and documenting them.
• You’ll take precise on-site measurements and help the site management team with billing for completed work.
• You’ll reliably manage daily construction reports, time tracking, and site-specific documentation for health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE).
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, staying in close contact with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor the trade apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training in a construction trade, followed by a qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• Several years of experience in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• A deep understanding of construction workflows.
