Foreman (m/f/d) Infrastructure Construction in Hersbruck

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Construction Foreman (m/f/d) in Hersbruck on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll handle the execution of construction schedules, spotting any deviations and documenting them like a pro.
• You’ll take care of on-site measurements and help the site management team with billing for completed work.
• You’ll reliably manage daily construction reports, time tracking, and all site-related safety, health, and environmental (SGU) documentation.
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, staying in close contact with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor the company’s trade apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a completed vocational training in construction, plus a qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• You’ve got several years of experience under your belt in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• You really know your way around construction workflows.
