On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Carpenter Foreman (m/f/d) for timber system construction.

Your tasks:

• Leading and working on our timber construction modules in our production hall as part of a team
• Independently planning, organizing, and coordinating workflows
• Training and guiding the assigned team members
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations
• Quality checks and documentation according to company guidelines
• Close cooperation and communication with team leaders and colleagues

What we're looking for:

• Completed vocational training as a wood mechanic (m/f/d), joiner (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d), or a similar field
• Work experience in woodworking/timber construction or further training as a foreman/technician (m/f/d)
• An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Team spirit, flexibility, and quality awareness
