Your tasks with our client: * Using modern equipment and tech. * Concrete repair and coating work. * Waterproofing structures like underground garages and bridges. * Optional: Leading the construction site team. What we're looking for: * Completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction trades. * Good technical understanding, a strong sense of quality, and a willingness to use our further training offers. * A structured way of working, assertiveness, and reliability. * Willingness to travel for assembly work. Additionally desirable for Site Supervisor / Polier (m/f/d) roles: * Successful further training as a Site Supervisor / Certified Polier (m/f/d). * Many years of professional experience in concrete repair. * Proof of further training, e.g., SIVV certificate. * Experience in team leadership on construction sites.
