What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Foreman (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
- The Job
- You’ll oversee the construction of reinforced concrete structures in civil engineering, specifically bridges.
- You’ll be in charge of leading and guiding our site crews.
- You’ll independently handle formwork based on plans and manage concrete construction.
- You’ll make sure all the relevant safety regulations are followed.
- You’ll manage subcontractors.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A completed apprenticeship as a reinforced concrete builder plus further training and experience as a Foreman or Master Craftsman.
- Experience in civil engineering is a plus.
- Experience with Deutsche Bahn projects is a bonus.
- An independent but team-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and some weekends.
- Ready to work on projects across Southwest Germany.
- Willingness to travel for work (assembly/installation).
- Basic MS Office skills are a plus.
