Foreman (m/f/d) Infrastructure Construction in Stuttgart

We’re looking for a Site Foreman (m/f/d) for infrastructure projects in Stuttgart on behalf of our client.

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized construction company focusing on civil engineering, road construction, structural engineering, and track/railway construction. As a strong partner in the industry, they handle major large-scale projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll handle the execution of construction schedules, reliably spotting any deviations and documenting them.
• You’ll take precise on-site measurements and support the site management team with billing for completed work.
• You’ll keep the daily construction logs, track hours, and manage site-specific documentation for health, safety, and environmental protection (HSE).
• You’ll play an active role in planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor the trade apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training in construction, followed by a qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• Several years of experience in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• A deep understanding of construction workflows.
• A business-oriented mindset and a team-player attitude that the client can always rely on.
