Foreman (m/f/d) Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Schwabach

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering/Road Construction Foreman (m/f/d) for projects in and around Schwabach on behalf of our client.

Our client is a top player in the construction industry—a well-established, medium-sized company that handles civil engineering, roadwork, structural engineering, and track/rail construction across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll handle the construction scheduling, keep an eye out for any deviations from the plan, and document them.
• You’ll take on-site measurements and help the site management team with billing for the work completed.
• You’ll keep daily construction reports, track hours, and manage site-specific records for safety, health, and environmental protection (SGU).
• You’ll play an active role in planning staff, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with the site managers.
• You’ll manage the site crew and supervise/mentor the trade apprentices.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training in construction, plus a qualification as a Foreman or Certified Foreman.
• Several years of experience in civil engineering and road construction.
