Metalworker (m/f/d) for Facade Engineering – Göttingen office

We’re looking for a Metal Construction Technician (m/f/d) specializing in facade technology for our client in Göttingen.

• What you’ll be doing
  • You’ll be in charge of managing and overseeing projects while sticking to the budget.
  • You’ll handle technical details with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • You’ll keep an eye on deadlines and quality from the planning phase all the way to installation.
  • You’ll be responsible for putting together quotes and negotiating with our customers.
• What you bring to the table
  • A degree in engineering or a technician/master craftsman qualification, ideally in metal construction or facades.
  • Commercial experience in project management.
  • Experience working with system materials and fittings.
  • A background in work preparation and handling large-scale projects.
  • Sharp analytical skills and confidence in negotiations.
  • Great communication skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to stay flexible under pressure.
  • Solid skills in MS Office and CAD.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A Class B driver’s license.
  • A results-oriented approach to working with technicians, commercial staff, safety experts, and installers.
  • Knowledge of SchüCal software.
