What we’re looking for

• A degree in Civil Engineering, a qualification as a Construction Technician, or something similar through further training.
• Several years of experience in cost estimation, site management, project management, or a similar role is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with standard IT systems.
• Experience with cost estimation software (ideally the common industry tools).
• A focused and analytical way of working.
• Above-average commitment and a real team-player attitude round out your profile.

YOUR role with us

• Independently estimating regional projects.
• Preparing cost calculations and bids for small to large-scale projects, focusing on sewer, civil, and transport infrastructure (checking tender docs and quantities, identifying risks and opportunities).
• Requesting and reviewing quotes from subcontractors.
• Keeping clear documentation of all estimation steps.
• Developing alternative options and special proposals.
• Maintaining standard estimation data.
• Working closely with group and department leads.
• Preparing and handing over the working budget (AK0).
• Supporting ongoing projects and handling change orders.
• Mobile work / Home office options available.
• Work location can be Erfurt, Arnstadt, or Nordhausen.
