• Taking charge of creating bids and estimates for demanding special civil engineering projects
• Analyzing and evaluating tender documents as well as figuring out production and project costs
• Developing technical special and alternative proposals to optimize construction processes and costs

• Carrying out project and site visits to ensure solid estimation data

What qualifications make you the ideal estimator for special civil engineering?

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification
• Ideally some experience in estimating and/or managing construction projects, preferably in special civil engineering
• Technical understanding of production methods in special civil engineering
• Solid understanding of construction workflows, cost structures, and contract basics
• Structured, analytical, and business-oriented way of working
• Lots of initiative as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office apps
• Knowledge of RIB iTWO (ARRIBA) is a plus
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
