What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager/Estimator (m/f/d) for our client based in Erfurt.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll put together complete, on-time bids for civil engineering projects.
- You’ll figure out production costs and take full responsibility for checking tender documents.
- You’ll work out alternative proposals, weigh up risks and opportunities, and head out for site visits when needed.
- Keeping the calculation database up to date—including reaching out to subcontractors and suppliers—is also part of your job.
- Once a contract is landed, you’ll support the project team and stay in close contact with the bidding crew.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering, or a qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman.
- Several years of experience in estimating and/or managing complex civil engineering projects.
- Strong technical expertise specifically in civil engineering.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Solid skills with standard office software.
- Experience using the RIB iTWO (Arriba) estimation software.
