Your role at the company

• Independent estimation for regional projects
• Creating estimates and preparing bids for small to large-scale projects, focusing on sewer, civil engineering, and road construction (checking tender docs and quantities, identifying risks and opportunities)
• Reviewing subcontractor services
• Keeping clear documentation of all estimation steps
• Developing alternative options and special proposals
• Maintaining standard estimation data
• Working closely with group and department heads
• Preparing and handing over the working budget (AK0)
• Supporting ongoing projects and handling change orders
• Mobile work / Home office options available

What our client is looking for

• A degree in Civil Engineering, a certified technician qualification, or something similar through further training
• Career changers are welcome – we’ll help you grow into the Estimator role
• Professional experience in estimation, site management, or project management is a plus
• Tech-savvy with standard IT systems
• Experience with estimation software (ideally industry-standard programs)
• A focused and analytical way of working
• High level of commitment and a team-player mindset round out your profile
