Estimator for Climate Ceilings ‒ Heating and Cooling Ceilings, TGA (m/f/d) in Lahr/Schwarzwald

As a Calculator for Climate Ceilings (m/f/d) for heating and cooling ceilings at QLIMATE GmbH, your main tasks include:

• With your sense of economic feasibility, you develop well-thought-out and competitive offers, obtain optimal quotes for supplies, and ensure that our calculations (even for large projects) are on a solid foundation.
• You review inquiries for opportunities or potential risks and assess the chances of success – the subsequent selection of the most promising applications is made together with the team.
• In this process, you work out projects (from the specifications to sampling) and compile information from the field service and the technical office (our development department and product management support with technical requirements and the documentation of offer documents).
• Once the order is in, you check it for deviations from the offer or negotiation protocol and create the order confirmation.
• Additionally, you assist in the project handover from sales to project management and identify potential for additional work already in the offer phase.

You bring these qualifications:

• A motivated and persistent personality with team spirit, a pragmatic and goal-oriented work style, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Completed technical or commercial training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or in drywall and ceiling construction
• Experience in project business with construction services and the coordination of project participants, as well as good commercial knowledge in calculation and contribution margin accounting, and in construction contract law (BGB/VOB)
• Proficient use of modern communication tools and MS Office, ideally also with AutoCAD
