What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Your tasks

  • Independent bid processing and costing: From checking tender and planning documents, to figuring out costs through your own calculations and price inquiries, all the way to creating order and work calculations.
  • Competent contact person: You'll advise our clients and the site management team during the bidding and awarding phase, e.g., regarding different execution options or current market trends.
  • Knowledge and process management: Active support in further developing our processes (e.g., BIM) as well as supporting our junior staff.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or a completed technical construction training
  • Work experience in site management or costing for construction projects, ideally in shell construction / structural engineering
  • Good skills in MS Office and in a billing and costing program, ideally RIB iTWO
  • Independent, project- and goal-oriented way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
