Your tasks

• Analyzing tender documents (public & commercial clients)
• Creating precise cost estimates for complex construction projects
• Developing side offers, special proposals, and alternatives
• Supporting the order creation process
• Helping identify and evaluate potential for supplementary claims
• Documenting calculations
• Working closely with site management, purchasing, and project management

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a similar technical/commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in estimating construction projects (ideally in landscaping, civil engineering, or road construction)
• Proficiency with estimation and tendering software
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a knack for numbers
• A sense of responsibility and great team spirit
