Your Tasks

• Analysis of tender documents (public & commercial clients)
• Creation of precise bid calculations for complex construction projects
• Development of alternative offers, special proposals, and alternatives
• Support in order creation
• Participation in the identification and evaluation of potential add-ons
• Documentation of calculations
• Close collaboration with construction management, purchasing, and project management

What You Bring

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in the calculation of construction projects (ideally in landscaping, civil engineering, or road construction)
• Proficient use of calculation and tendering software
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and affinity for numbers
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
