Assistant (m/f/d) for Estimating and Sales – Full-time or Part-time

We’re looking for an Assistant (m/f/d) for Estimating and Acquisition on behalf of our client, available in full-time or part-time.

Your role at the company

• Supporting bid processing, including requesting documents and setting up new projects
• Preparing bid submissions, including assembly, shipping, and follow-ups
• Conducting market and project research
• Developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives
• Managing schedules and handling written correspondence with customers
• Maintaining and managing customer data in the CRM
• General administrative assistant tasks
