Billing Clerk (m/f/d) Marl Chemical Park
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll create project-specific measurements and figure out quantities on your own
- You know the contract inside out and spot billing opportunities yourself
- You're in charge of the whole billing process, from chasing down and checking documents to putting together the final billing files
- You coordinate quantities with the site management and the client
- You take part in site meetings and on-site visits
- You help out with negotiations for extra work
- You work closely with site managers, senior site managers, and foremen
What we're looking for
- Completed commercial or technical training (like industrial clerk), business administrator, or a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business, or something similar
- First work experience in construction billing, ideally in civil engineering, road construction, or building construction
- Really good German skills, both speaking and writing
- Lots of initiative and a structured way of working on your own
- Experience using calculation and billing software, ideally RIB iTWO
- Willingness to travel to construction sites
