Industrial Engineer as Estimator (m/f/d) in Steel Construction – Hannover location
What you will do with us
We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our client's team as an Estimator (m/f/d) in the steel construction sector, based in Hannover.
Your Tasks • Analyzing tender documents and weighing up risks and opportunities • Putting together bids, alternative proposals, and side offers • Working out calculation basics, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities • Creating all the necessary bid documentation • Taking part in contract negotiations • Acting as the go-to person for everyone involved during the bidding phase • Helping project teams with supplementary cost calculations
Your Profile • A degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, a technician qualification, a Master Foreman (m/f/d) background with experience in estimating/site management, or something similar • Experience in steel construction is a plus • Solid skills with iTWO and standard MS Office programs • Technical know-how, a good grasp of business, and confidence in handling contracts
