Project Engineer - Estimating (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Engineer for Turnkey Construction Cost Estimation (m/f/d) on behalf of our client in the Frankfurt area.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take charge of estimating costs for turnkey building construction projects.
- You’ll review and evaluate tender documents.
- You’ll help put together bills of quantities.
- Coming up with alternative technical solutions and proposals is part of the job.
- As a Project Engineer, you’ll be involved in contract negotiations with both clients and subcontractors.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualifications (e.g., a certified technician specializing in building construction).
- Several years of experience in cost estimation, tendering, and technical procurement for all trades in turnkey construction.
- You’re a pro with MS Office and RIB iTWO Baseline.
- Experience with BIM is a definite plus.
- You’re a quick learner who works independently and thinks analytically.
- You have a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- You’re a true team player.
