Project Engineer (m/f/d) – Turnkey Construction Estimating

We’re looking for a Project Engineer (m/f/d) for Turnkey Construction Cost Estimation on behalf of our client in Hamburg.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll handle bid estimations for turnkey construction projects, including all the necessary quantity take-offs.
  • You’ll figure out the costs for site setup, formwork, and equipment, and help find ways to optimize the construction process.
  • You’ll create and maintain working budgets and post-project cost analyses.
  • You’ll take care of estimating costs for any change orders.
  • You’ll put together bills of quantities and review tender documents.
  • You’ll be involved in contract negotiations.
  • You’ll prepare tender invitations.
  • You’ll analyze and evaluate structural engineering documents.
• Your Profile
  • You have a degree in Civil Engineering.
  • You’ve got solid expertise in turnkey construction.
  • You’re a pro with RIB iTWO and have basic knowledge of Asta Powerproject and/or MS Project.
  • You’re a real team player.
