What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Change Order Estimator (m/f/d) for tunneling projects across Germany on behalf of our client.
- The Job
- You’ll support the project management team in handling construction contracts.
- Your tasks include preparing deviations from the original construction specs.
- You’ll be responsible for setting the groundwork for calculating change order bids.
- You’ll handle the change order estimations, including all the necessary paperwork.
- You’ll work closely with the legal and contract management departments.
- As a Change Order Estimator for tunneling, you’ll take part in negotiations.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional experience in estimating or construction execution.
- Proficiency with standard IT applications.
- Knowledge of RIB iTWO.
- An independent, results-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your ground.
