Estimator (m/f/d) Special Civil Engineering

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Estimator (m/f/d) for projects in the Munich area on behalf of our client.
- The Job
- You’ll handle the cost estimation for construction and subcontractor services for structural and civil engineering projects.
- You’ll be in charge of performance assessments in coordination with work preparation, identifying potential risks and opportunities along the way.
- You’ll take care of quantity take-offs and plausibility checks.
- You’ll put together tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate the incoming bids.
- You’ll support technical controlling with setting up and maintaining the working budget.
- You’ll handle supplementary cost estimates, including all the paperwork and sending out quotes to our clients.
- What you bring to the table
- A degree in civil engineering or something similar.
- Ideally, several years of experience in estimating or managing complex structural engineering projects.
- Your technical expertise is focused on structural engineering.
- You’re motivated and committed to making projects a success.
- You’re a team player who can also work independently.
- You’re savvy with standard office software.
- You know your way around RIB iTWO (Arriba) estimation software.
