Estimator (m/f/d) for Special Foundation Engineering
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You’ll handle cost estimating for construction work and subcontractor services on civil engineering and specialist foundation projects
- You’ll determine the scope of work in coordination with work prep and spot opportunities and risks along the way
- You’ll be responsible for quantity takeoffs and plausibility checks
- You’ll put together tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate the incoming bids
- You’ll support technical controlling with setting up and maintaining the job cost calculation
- You’ll prepare change order estimates incl. the related documents and create offers for our customers
- What we’re looking for
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field
- Ideally several years of experience in estimating and/or delivering complex civil engineering projects
- Your technical focus is civil engineering structures
- Interest and drive to make projects a success
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Confident with common IT applications
- Knowledge of the estimating software RIB iTWO (Arriba)
